Who
are you
really?

Coaching individuals for personal growth, leadership development and endurance sports.

Confucius famously said that in order to become a leader you must first become a human being. I remember the first time I stumbled upon these words they made me pause and reflect. What was he trying to convey? Isn’t that self-evident? Better yet, don’t we see examples of leadership all over the animal world, too?

I later came to appreciate the intentionality behind his observation, as it taps into a common idea expressed by numerous sages and cultures over millennia: “know thyself”. It is a proposition that has always captivated me, especially because it cannot be accomplished through introspection alone, but by venturing out into the world, testing the boundaries, and experiencing life fully.

As an Integral Coach, I have enjoyed supporting a wide range of clients, from college students to tech entrepreneurs, marketing executives, professional athletes, construction workers, retail operators and HR managers. But I always strive to work with the human being at the core. What moves them? What scares them? What are their blind spots?

My main focus is to meet you where you are along your journey, actively listen to your aspirations, gently challenge your assumptions, engage in courageous and meaningful dialogue, and creatively work toward the desired outcome. I draw upon a vast array of skills, resources and experiences collected over decades to provide a service that is comprehensive, multi-dimensional and tailored to each client’s needs.

What matters to me in the end is that your light shines as bright as possible, whichever realm of life or specific endeavor you wish to focus on.
